Hello and welcome! My name is Abraham Bahena,

 

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management/Human Resources Management. Following my education, I was able to obtain real-life experience in a wide array of areas related to product management, market research, strategic and competitive research, and human resource management. Alongside this, I have conducted research associated with the use of strategic & competitive analyses and initiatives (such as SWOT analysis, Porter's 5 Forces analysis, and Stakeholder analysis). I found this kind of work and analysis to be quite fascinating and very interesting. As I love reading and understanding how the direction of an organization, competition, and industry in general move! Doing this kind of work has also made me love working with both quality and quantity data as well! As creating various illustrations and diagrams are a great way to express creativity to clients and stakeholders when presenting and answering their questions and wants.  In addition to my interest in this kind of work, I was always fond upon the functions of Human Resources as well! As I love helping others and love seeing the outcome I get out of it! My knowledge in HR includes the proper procedures for the hiring process and performance management and appraisals on employees, creating and maintaining a compensation system and its philosophy, and areas of learning and development on employees!
