Projects & Work Experience
Cream of the Crop, LLC.
Software Application Design & Market Research
Under the branch of application development, this project focused in a wide-array of areas related to application design, market, service, and target research, legal regulations in application usage & app sharing and cost estimates in launching an application.

The clients of this firm were in their introductory stage of creating a software application that focused and serviced potential candidates entering the workforce.

I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful dynamic team to deliver and establish high quality work related to both user and secondary market research in identifying the kind of services and products consumers would want for a goal-setting software application. In addition to this research, I was also in charge of creating a Graphical Users' Interface Design, using tools such as Adobe XD and Microsoft Word to create the visual look of Cream of the Crop. This was a mock-up design of the software application following the ideal perspective consumers would want to see for a application such as this one!

Capstone Project - Market, Competitive, and Strategic Research
This project focused on conducting real-life market research related to the entertainment industry and the current business environment that firms and competitors were upholding at the time. My previous team and I followed and researched market and competitive movements on Live Nation Entertainment, Inc.

I had the opportunity to conduct a strategic and competitive analyses on Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. and the live entertainment & promotion and ticketing industry. This included constructing a company analysis of Live Nation and both its external and internal environments. My work from this project included conducting a strategic diagnostic by implementing a SWOT, Porter's' 5 Forces and stakeholder analysis of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. and its industries, a competitive analysis of the same firm using a PESTEL analysis and establishing company research by doing a company analysis. This also included creating a competitive dynamics analysis as well for the live entertainment and promotion industry.

After completing this project, I found my interest in industry and competitive research to be very high.

"...The stakeholder analysis and industry analysis are great and provide the depth and analysis that provide real value to the reader. For the stakeholder analysis, you identify a good variety of stakeholders and analyze each one in a variety of important areas. This provides real value as it shows the relationships between Live Nation and other parties in the industry which can be used to infer many strategic aspects of Live Nation. Well done. For the industry analysis, you break down quite nicely the difference between the live event side and the ticket side of the business and then describe various aspects of the two sides and how this informs Live Nation's strategy. The financial ratios also provided good insight into Live Nation's operations..."
